grey-brown fine stoneware, dyed olive green, around 1903/04, circumferential, blue relief decoration in geometric shapes on the lower half of the wall and on the neck, transparent glazed, marked "Westerwald Art Pottery" and model number "2115" on the bottom, design by Erica von Scheel, student of Henry van de Velde in the arts and crafts seminar in Weimar, jug with a bulging body, short neck decorated with grooves and handle, mounted pewter lid, age-appropriate condition, glaze cracked, stand chipped, pewter lid with signs of age, h. 24.5 cm
