Ikone der Gottesmutter (Helferin aller Leidenden) mit Riza, Russland, um 1800

aus einem Holzbrett gefertigtes Bildfeld, zwei Stirnseiten-Sponki, Levkas, Kowtscheg, Eitempera auf Kreidegrund, Vergoldung und Versilberung des Grundes, geschützt durch ein versilbertes Messing-Oklad, rückseitig undeutlich, kyrillisch bezeichnet, auch "Aller Bedrängten Freude", mit Zertifikat von H. Brenske (Zusammenfassung): mittig ganzfigürliche Maria, welche sich mit Ausdruck des Erbarmens zu den Hilfsbedürftigen neigt, beispielsweise: Arme, Halbnackte (links oben), Blinde (rechts oben), Kranke und Gebrechliche (unten) - von Engeln geleitet, Spruchbänder (russisch sinngemäß übersetzt): "Mach die Lahmen gehend, mach die Blinden sehend, mach die Armen wieder reich ...", Inschrift "MP OY" bedeutet "Mater Theoy" also "Muttergottes", oben ist Chritsus Pantokrator auf der Wolkenbank segnend dargestellt, Inschrift "JC -XC" bedeutet Jesos Christos, altersgemäßer Zustand, mit kleinen Rissen im Bild, 30,5 x 27 cm (HxB)
